The Problem
Healthcare providers struggled with fragmented patient data management, time-consuming manual record entry, and lack of intelligent clinical decision support. Patients had limited access to their medical information and faced difficulties scheduling appointments. Manual EMR data entry consumed 20+ hours per week with no centralized platform for patient-provider communication.
The Solution
Built a unified healthcare management platform with three integrated components using AWS AI services: a Next.js web dashboard for providers with EMR management, AI assistant powered by Amazon Bedrock, and ward monitoring; a React Native mobile app for patients with appointment booking and health records access; and a Node.js backend API with AWS Bedrock and Amazon Q integration for AI-powered medical document analysis, automated EMR note generation, and intelligent clinical decision support within AWS sandbox environment.
